i love it when people read too much into a piece of "art" that obviously has no deeper meaning

EXAMPLE: apparently feminists have viewed the character of dracula as being a metaphor for "syphilis" and the plunging of stakes into the heart as a means of killing vampires as a metaphor for rape!!!

honestly, dracula is clearly no more than a horror tale, not some giant metaphor for sexual wrong doings
