you need to put things on the forum or on the main AW site?
and what are you trying to upload: pictures, video, music?

im tryin to upoad music all in one file you kno like whole cd at one time

alrighty, grab yourself WinRAR (search the forums in applications)

when you download it, install it, and put all the songs you want to upload into a folder. right click that folder and then click add to archive, fill in the appropriate details and then go to rapidshare.com or megaupload.com and upload the archive.

once you do it a couple times it is easy. :)
