Best & worst movies of 2007.

Movies I've enjoyed -The Departed, War, Oceans 13, Bourne Ultimatum, 28 Weeks Later, 300, Shooter, Freedom Writers (think it was an '07 release).

Movies I've disliked - The Messengers, Dead Silence, Gah. Basically I hate generic horror that no longer tests the boundaries of the genre. It's like 90% of horror movies these days are compiled from the same basic formula and it's dull, very dull in my opinion. The Reaping was another movie I didn't like. Evan Almighty is another...

Haven't seen many this year, but The Bourne Ultimatum was one of the absolute best that I've seen in ages, not just this year.

The Bourne Ultimatum was amazing. I also enjoyed American Gangster and The Departed.

I thought 300 was boring as hell. Sure, the fighting scenes were great, but the storyline practically didn't exist, so it was a snore for me.
