login trouble

why could i only login at forum only and not at main page. it keeps telling me wrong login name.

even when i try using forgot password using e-mail recovery when i click enter it brings up fatal error on my page and doesn't go through

I just signed in and there appears to be no problems.

Have you cleared your cookies and perhaps even rebooted your computer.
