I had to split up my top 5 faves in both rock and rap. I always need stuff that stays pretty upbeat for at least 20 minutes before I need any kind of moderate tempos. So, this is what I'm currently lifting and doing cardio to:

Rock:
Queens Of The Stone Age-Era Vulgaris
Metallica-And Justice For All
System Of A Down-Mezmerize
Chevelle-Wonder What's Next
Marilyn Manson-The Golden Age Of Grotesque

Rap:
Eminem-The Marshall Mathers LP
Young Jeezy-Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101
Young Buck-Straight Outta Cashville
Bun-B-Trill
Ghostface Killah-Fishscales
