I'm not really familiar with this genre, but I rolled in it by some Sage Francis stuff and I think it's great, also checked out some other stuff, but I want to hear more!
Do you all know good spoken word artists/video's/albums or stuff? Please let me know!

Thanks!

ps) I think this doesn't belong in the music section, that's why i post it here

Poet/mums is nice, saw a documentary of him. He did some spoken word in OZ too.

hippo,

i got one which has not yet been suggested, although you may have checked him - saul williams.

i just remmebered he's actually giving his newest album away for free online (with optional donation if you like!), so thats nice for you - no piracy for now haha

so here ya go, www.niggytardust.com (http://www.niggytardust.com/) for the d/l

on one of his older album, he serj tankian (system of a down) and zach de la rocha (rage against the machine) on there - it's quite a crazy listen. he also appears on the blackalicious song "release"

hope that helps somewhat
