na its just on the main page where all the forums are its really small......on this forum for example it would just sit either at the very bottom where it says whos on line atm ......or at the very top where it says your account details, your avatar etc

Shoutbox is crappy actually, since its just opening to tons of spam.
and never nothing helping :) i did it on like 5 other forums of mine, always got out of hand.
