how do u do these things? is it all done by hand or is there some programme>?

i had a mad one that resembled a mitsubishi evo 9 but i dont know where i put it :(

i think there is a program that generates the .nfo file but im not sure entirely, i was going to try to do one myself in notepad by hand but i dont think it would be a good idea lol
