Best->Worst : 1,3,2.

First one is the best by a good way. The third one is not bad, but the stock isn't really blended at all. I don't like the middle one at all, particularly the font.

well for starts your colours are mucked together. they seem to just form one giant mess. your Cutouts are a bit to bland and no effort has been made to blend them to your background. aswell as your using way to many brushes you need to define your own style and develope your own resources not ones off deviantart. i specifically see brushed by Ihea in there. also work on typography you can read some articles about it here at my blog
