I requested an album that wasn't on Albumwash. I downloaded it once the person gave me the link, and I was wondering if it would be okay to add the link to the album to Albumwash. If this doesn't make any sense then nevermind.

Well, that would depend on whether the link has already been added. I really have no clue whether it would have been. I highly doubt the person who gave you the link will have a problem, as the chances of the the link being their's is small. And even if they do, it's hardly some major now, is it?

ummm.... i don't think submissions are being accepted at the moment.

however, if they were,i don't think anybody would have a problem (unless they personally uploaded it - as i do with most of my files).

it's actually a good thing to fill up the main site's database with albums to encourage growth of the site anyways!

so i guess unless someone explicitly says "don't add this to the main site cos it's my link" or "i've already added this to vthe main site" i doubt anyone would care (if they werre that concerned they would have added it to the main site themselves!)

Typically the people who find the link upload the link onto the site.

If they do not do this, then there is nothing wrong with you putting it on the site. As long as the link is proper and not their upload.
