..... you design the image like a game designer would design a game??? you made the car, girl, gun and background and all that little stuff in between

Sort of. I didn't actually make the 3D models myself, but I did choose what the scene looked like. So things like the camera position, the positioning of the girl, gun, car, etc. The location was another 3D model, although again, not my own. I however do have some say over how these things look, if you follow me. Then I rendered the image, and edited in Photoshop.

I wasn't making stuff like this one month ago. I just stumbled across it by accident really, although next year I believe I'm gonna start learning about 3D modelling at uni anyway.
