Just made a new 3D piece, and then I took it into CS3.

I wonder if it is possible 2 have those breast with those tiny arms.lol... Although I guess Jennifer Ellison come pretty close huh? Anyways, sorry 4 my ignorance, but did u do the whole thing or what?

I didn't make the models, but I did choose, position, and edit them. Then, I rendered the image, and edited it in Photoshop.

Well her arm on the left is a mess >.< and the postwork could use some More effort in lighting and such

Yeah, I noticed that afterwards. I've found out where it came from though, as the original model and render didn't have that problem.

"More effort in light and such." - That's is a bit vague; Do you have any suggestions?

Like the Screen (the whiet layer) over the render is kinda lame it could be more detailed and such as well as colors could be more vibrant

I didn't want vibrant colours, tbh. Anyway, I've moved on to something else now. Thanks for the input mate.
