COD4 vs Halo 3

I heard that it takes a while to find a onlinegame in CoD4, or to be accepted in one...Bad news.

it did take a while for me, but on the good side once you have a game, you stay in a group and keep on playing games which is nice. As far as which game is better for multiplayer i prefer h3 but they are both solid games. Also, in my opinion gow is the best multiplayer game for the 360

haha yea i would agree that halo 3 is better then COD4 online. about gears i think the game is very good the story line is good but i just personally dont like 3rd person in this game i think it would have been better in 1st person but over all gears was a solid game

I didn't dig the multiplayer in Gears, at all. Singleplayer was the shit though.

So you guys think Halo 3 is better than CoD4, multiplayerwise? I think i'll buy The Orange Box instead then...

Yes your right tombstone it does take a while some of my friends say it can take up to 10 min to find a match, another weird thing is that you actually have to gain rank to become a sniper etc. but i beleive this could make users play longer

cod4 is way better. halo 3 has soo much hype when the game sucks. Cod4 is hyped and rocks equally!

CoD4 owns Halo, period. Halo's generic after awhile, it gets boring as fuck. Even online it does. But CoD4, online or single player is fucking dope and owns H3, over and over again. And @ MM, The Orange Box fucking owns too. I love that shit. I play it for fucking hours. Lol.

But cool, thanks for the info, i'll be on the lookout for both then. Little tip btw for you all; search ebay for users from HongKong that sell games. I bought sealed, regionfree copies of Halo 3 & Assassin's creed for $35 (no bidding, price incl shipment).

Well since this thread i have all games and CoD4 was the best multiplayerwise imo. And as for the time it takes to join a game, it takes only seconds for me lol, halo on the otherhand takes minutes. I like both games but i can't remember the last time Halo was in my Xbox.

BUT

The Orange Box FTW, 5 games for the price of one, and all 5 are EPIC. If you don't know, now you know.

im bewildered by all of the COD4 pics. i thought it was great, amazing in fact but when both of those two were the only online multiplayer games i had, Halo was the choice, it must be a preference thing, i prefer fast paced in your face shit. COD4 you die fast and cant jump high. Halo you can jump around 7 feet so i can jump around enemys and assassinate them in the back and its easier to rape 7 guys in Halo, and I LOVE TO RAPE!
