you all mus have a vague understanding that i am really into dubstep as a musical genre, the slow beats with wobble bass lines and a whole range of samples from rock to pop to tv shows and film sound bytes. dubstep is a ever growing genre in England and apparently it is taking well over in usa, proof of this is viable in snoop dogg laying some lyrics over a chase and status (uk dubstep) beat, not to mention the plastician making the L.A Embrace mix-tape, combining English dubstep with American hip hop vocals.

now the wu tang clan are putting out a dubstep album in part of their indie culture series.

heres a link to the press, check it out.

are proud to announce the highly anticipated follow-up to 2005’s “Wu-Tang Meets The Indie Culture Vol. 1″
On November 10th, the newest and freshest sounds in underground electronic music encounter the grimiest and most hardcore hip-hop click in this one-of-a-kind album: “Wu-Tang Meets The Indie Culture Vol. 2: Enter The Dubstep.”

As Vol. 1 sought to introduce hip-hop fans in general, and specifically, the famously large, loyal and diverse fan-base of the Wu-Tang to the burgeoning world of underground hip-hop, so Vol. 2 seeks to expose another untapped resource of underground talent, skill and artistry to this very same avid and intrepid fan-base......
