Help to find/remember a band/song... 80's

Early eighties? Alternative/Punk/New Wave whatever you wanna call it band..

The song/video I can see/hear, lyrics were something like.. "D.. d... d... do right/Always work/D.. d... d.. do right/Always work.."

One of the images on the video had an army of mechanical mannequins from the waist down walking in unison.

I've got the friggin' album somewhere, and a mate wants a copy of it and that's all he can remember. I keep thinking Clock? or Clockwork..... aaahhhhh fuck I hate it when that happens!!!
