I just got 5 albums and ripped 'em all in 320 kb/s, CBR AAC, so I was wondering if you guys were fine with them left as-is, or if I should re-encode them to MP3?

Edit:

The albums are:
ALONG CAME BETTY: Brad Mehldau's Monogrammed Guest Towels
K-MAXX: Still Rollin'
KNOW ONE: Know One's Home
DON MCCLOSKEY: Bombs Over Bristol
MELLO BLACK: At The Speed Of Motion

I know someone already posted the Don McCloskey, so I won't bother with that one.

But, anyway, what's your opinion?

And another edit:
This could have gone in Music Discussion, so if a mod feels the same, please move it.

I know that AAC format is a smaller size for uploading and that converters are easy to find.

There are other download links that have been posted here that are in mp4 format.

As long as you declare near the download link what format the Album is, then it is up to the member if they wish to download or not.

Whoa. Old post. It's been FLAC lately though. Just haven't had anything to up.

regardless of the format, you will find a lot of people prefer it in good quality mp3 (192 and above) or in flac, but if you really want to make a big difference to what the quality of albums is on the net, upload them both, in flac and in mp3 and post them everywhere you can :)
