Guys we had a problem with our script and we have lost the totals for each of the past 2 months. We need the top 10 people to give an estimated ammount of how much you made in november and in december.

no they did not get deleted and some of you have different account names for the forum then what you use on the site. so i wanted to confirm.

as for the points. there are 82 pages of unapproved albums and 72 pages of reported bad links. (20 albums/reports per page).

WHICH MEANS WE HAVE NO ACTIVE LINK ADMINS! Not sure how to handle this issues, I gave 8 people the job and no ones doing anything.

Well I expected to be paid like the site advertises. Being a part of the forums has nothing to do with being a contributor. I emailed and got no response long before I even tried looking at the forums.

As you have already said, nothing to do with being a contributor, the forum is a different aspect to the download site, suggest you lodge your complaint on the download site via their email and not on the forum. Nothing we can do here. :)

Hello, i know this thread has been silent for a while, but i don't want to create a new one, which concerns payment. In the FAQ it says points return to zero after the end of the month and that payment are made to top 10 contributors after 30 days schedule(for ex. 1-30 November will be paid on December 30).
I am currently 5th on the leaderborad and i have not yet received my payment. I even sent an email 5 days ago and still no reply. Can the Admin reply please?

Accepting payment for it is wrong in my opinion..

If you download it for free, and upload it for free [not to mention people take other peoples links to post, so again, it is not their work] you should not be getting paid for it.. it is not your work..

No wonder the RIAA and those pricks are going hard at people who download..

People were prommising money, uploading would still happen if they haden't, and uploaders weren't asking for cash. But if you promise money, you can expect people to be like "aight, cool". And i gotta say, i was pretty dissapointed when i never got my money, a bussines agreement is a bussines agreement, i felt scammed. Could've bought me a nice 360 game lol.

I still upload though, and i seed my torrents like everyone should, but this was a whole other ballgame because offers were made, how are you not gonna jump on that.


It made AW big, fast by the way. AB got shut down and shit had to start all over again, look how fast that database grew because of everyone uploading like maniacs, it was a good deal for both imo.

Downloading and sharing is under scrutiny enough, but to accept payment for it is different, and for a site to offer money for it, would bring about even more pressure from the big corporate guys..

I still believe in "sharing is caring" because it is true, without sharing, you would see sales of DVDs and CDs slump heavily because people could not "try before they buy."

All I am saying is the system of paying for people to do this, is very short sighted lol

But all good, should be interesting to see if the payments are still paid out.

I agree they should keep there promise to pay but they may be your uploads but it's not your music and if your looking to earn money you should get a fucking job.

I don't think there is a need.

These were the top posters, some of these have not been active for some time. No one have been paid (under the inherited FAQ), since the change of ownership over a year ago. So you would have expected queries long before now about non payment.
