There was an R&B artist a couple years ago... all I remember is she had a video clip where she wore a navy uniform or air force uniform or something and I can't recall the topic of the song. Maybe something about women in the army? Or equality? :S *unsure*

I keep thinking her name started the a J but am unsure, she may have been a UK artist, but now I am thinking she was US...

Anyway, anyone know her name? I have it on the tip of my tongue but it just does not want to come forth...
