Reading the information when you upload to the main site, the rules and about Banned Hosts and all, I found two mistakes;
Banned Hosts
The below sites are not allowed to be submitted to albumwash (for the reasons given), submitting a site form one of the below sites will not work. From time to time we add sites to the list to ensure AlbumBase contains the best quality links.
Submit At Own Risk
Make sure you have read the site User Agreement.
Do not submit material you do not have legal rights to.
Upon submitting, you agree you are submitting at your own risk and that albumbase is not held responsible for any links you submit to the site.
Notice the bolded words call the site "Albumbase" and not "AlbumWash" not sure if it matters, but, whatever.
