any body like necro? i just recently started getting into him and im liking it, ive only heard "i need drugs" lp and random other songs off of his albums. my friends here that listen to "the good shit" dont like him much, they like his guest appearances but not his solo efforts.

so let me know what you think of him, his rhymes, his albums, and what you think of his "i need drugs" lp because that is what ive been bumping

erm i used to listen to necro alot but for me it was a phaze - i mean lyrically he's alright goretex is better IMO but the whole death-rap genre just makes you think all suicidal and killing shit all the time.

so yeah good in small doses, he's sick double deffinition here kids

goretex seems a little better some times lyrically. but not all the time, because necro will just kill lyrically like crazy some times, ive never heard gore write something to this caliber
"for those that shove clips in glocks/ you stepping to me with a weapon you'll be reppin your clique in a box/" and if you heard him say it, you know the magnitude and the mic presence he has when the beat drops and he is just yellin that in your ear.

but necro will write poor lyrically as well and gore stays more consistent. i just listened to "the art of dying" by goretex tho and was NOT impressed. the beats were bangin, but thru the WHOLE ALBUM not one song made me want to go back and listen to it for any reason other than to see how ill the beat really was. but when i played " i need drugs" i have not wanted to take that out of my CD player what so ever. i like necro's topics, yeah its death and sex, but i hear the battle rap in him. it honestly doesnt make me think suicidal or killing. it pumps me up to hear him tear up his ill beats, hypes me up to play hacky sack, to do anything pretty much.

genesis what goretex songs do you suggest?

and sorry for the essay, ive been REALLY wanting to talk about necro, so if anybody else has something to say, please contribute i am in a time of need right now, (needing to get off of my chest this talk about necro) and you guys are supposed to be helping me!

yeah ive heard a little of Circle of Tyrants. i got the cd i havnt went thru it yet, im waiting to put it on a MP3 so i can play it in my car, that is where i listen to most of my music.

im thinking maybe i need to just play thru the gore cd a couple more times and it will catch on, because i am a fan of goretex i liked his style and flow on the Future is Now. it was hard to capture everything he was saying on the art of dying the first time around, so ill probably check the cd again today.

yeah co-sign, last year i was into that phaze jedi mind/aotp/non phixon but i guess that passed for me, lately i've been gettin into more smooth underground rap, but when my iPod's on shuffle and one of those songs come on i bump it because they have good lyrical content and flows unique. ill bill if anything is the best from non phixon, after i heard nerco-all hotties eat the jizz, i cant take him seriously lmao
