Links Not Converting

After an album gets approved, the link in my "View Links" is still .../album-#####. It should be changed to ..../album#####/name-of-album or whatever it is when you search for the albums.

P.S. I don't know why (I would assume because of the +), but when I search +44 for artist, I get no results even though there should be one.

Maybe you have to search for Plus 44 ;)
And I don't know an answer for the first part of your post..
