ya any lacrosse player im just starting lacrosse again and i was wondering if anyone could give me any tip on which muscles i should be working on but so far i been just doing sit up push ups and tats about it

:lol: I know how ya feel man. I started a Rugby thread and felt like I'd farted or something.

I've seen Lacrosse on TV occasionally, and it looks cool. Old native American game innit? Lot of running and upper body strength from what I could see. A bit of time lifting weights and lots of aerobics be the go eh? :)
