You cant tell

Debo add white scan line to the background, a black box in the middle of the sig with a white boarder

then for the sig boarder 2px 30% White then a 1px 50% black and you done

And turn the text to black and make it bigger

I can make that sig in 3mins flat

egh. the render is over done. the text is horrible for the style. all i can say is read tutorials.
