That looks like a mansion compared to a place that went up for sale in London a few months ago . Unfortunately, the brief search I just made for pictures of it proved fruitless.

OMG. I saw a similar house on the How To channel, but that one was a two-storey/floors. The reason they probably build these, is because the plans for the land property must have been mis-measured.
