Words surely cannot do this justice.

If it’s to be a home version of the actual game show I should be getting a payout,” said Jacob. “It’s even got the little slot on the front that’s just like a bank machine. I should be able to get money from there. I looked in the instruction booklet, I looked on video game website but it doesn’t tell you anywhere how to get your payout. I want my payout. I won those showcases fair and square.”

Um...

Seriously?

Jacobs was unable to give further comment after being interrupted by her lawyer. For references sake, the slot on the front of the Wii is not in fact a money dispenser but the opening for the disc drive. Nintendo nor Ubisoft have ever made a claim that the Wii is capable of doubling as an ATM.

The future though is a long way off for Isabelle Jacobs and the single mother of four had been hoping that the pay off from the game would help bide her through the current financial crisis. Her lawyer would allow her no further comment and would not comment himself on the suit.

Both as dumb as each other [Jacobs and her lawyer]

I do not think they stand a chance at winning this, cos come on, how dumb can a person be???

It is like saying I am the guy in Splinter Cell and where is my paycheck??

DUH WTFFFF???

Officially, Nintendo recommends not putting anything but Nintendo Wii or Gamecube games in the disc slot and will not cover damage covered by inserting other objects, such as a debit card.

I wonder if the lawyer is on a "No Win, No Fee" basis.

Because there will be no pay day for this one :lmao:

Honestly, is she trying to sue for payout? Or for more than?

Also, would she be sueing everyone else after for laughing at her stupidity?
